Are you ready to lead the way in New Product Introductions for the Dutch market? As our Junior Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely launches and taking direct responsibility for impactful catalog releases. Bring your 2-5 years of product marketing or management experience, coupled with a passion for the kitchen equipment industry, and make a mark in our dynamic environment.Lead NPI processes for the Dutch market, coordinating with Category Management, Marketing and Logistics at local, cluster and central levels.Take direct responsibility for the timely go-to-market and yearly release of catalogues and product-related support material.Support Cluster Category Management by collecting and maintaining up-to-date products and competitors' information.Collaborate with National Sales Manager to prepare supporting materials, discuss product features, benefits, marketing plans and after-sales support at commercial meetings and exhibitions.Conduct customer training sessions to demonstrate product features, benefits and promote the Franke brand.Support the Central Marketing department and Head of Commercial by adapting ATL and BTL materials to local market needs.Define and execute the yearly media plan in collaboration with external agencies.Manage local marketing spending to optimize resource allocation.Oversee Franke’s Netherlands official website and e-commerce portals.Requirements

Experience:2-5 years of demonstrated experience in product marketing, product management, or trade marketing.Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.Knowledge of the kitchen and kitchen equipment industry is considered a plus.Other Skills:Fluent English and Dutch - it's a mustStrong interpersonal communication skills.Excellent project management, problem-solving and analysis skills.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams/members without formal authority.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Advanced verbal, written and presentation/communication skills.What we offer you
