Junior Recruitment Consultant - Renewable Energy Market

• Bachelor or Master’s degree
• Commercial & result driven mindset
• Preferably 0 - 1 year experience in Recruitment / Executive search
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus!
• Living in the Amsterdam area is a must

• Learn all the tactics and skills how to set up and strategically run your ‘own’ business within CGS involving 360 Headhunting: from sourcing to placement
• Research the renewable energy market you will be in (Power (Solar & Wind) / Biofuels & Hydrogen / Carbon) 
• New Business Development to create your personal client portfolio
• Source and interview candidates 
• Pro-actively advise clients and manage relationships with hiring managers
• Business optimization to create Key Accounts and long lasting relationships
• Guiding your candidates through the entire application process at your client

• Work with truly down to earth, open minded and close-knit team

• Travel internationally to your clients and events
• Inhouse training & development to develop your skills and grow within our team
• Salary between 30-40K base per year, depending on your experience
• Uncapped bonus system determined by your personal revenue
