Job Description

As Junior Sous Chef Pastry at Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam you work in a culinary high-quality environment. Where you will provide all desserts and delicacies for the F&B outlets within the hotel.

  • Lead your team with enthusiasm and expertise;
  • Collaborate with the team to create exquisite pastry masterpieces;
  • Work closely with the different departments and colleagues to ensure authentic luxury moments and service;
  • Motivate and mentor your team members;
  • Maintain high standards for pastry quality and safety;
  • Keep track of the latest trends and techniques in pastry.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a pastry kitchen, preferably within luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants;
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for pastry arts;
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards;
  • Up-to-date knowledge of pastry trends and techniques;
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
