Your role in our shared journey 
Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by overseeing visual merchandising across more than 60 stores throughout Europe, ensuring brand consistency and excellence in every customer touchpoint. You'll design compelling store layouts, create seasonal VM toolkits, and train teams across diverse retail formats, bringing the ASICS brand to life through strategic visual storytelling that enhances the in-store experience. 

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Design and update store layouts, window displays and fixture placement plans to maintain visual excellence across all retail locations with the main focus on factory-outlet. 

- Create comprehensive visual merchandising toolkits for seasonal product launches and marketing campaigns to ensure consistent brand presentation. 

- Coordinate the creation of POS order sheets and manage the distribution and implementation of point-of-sale materials across multiple European regions and store formats.  

- Train and coach store teams and district managers through conducting in-store visits to elevate visual merchandising standards. 

 - Support the preparation and execution of showroom setups and go-to-market events to showcase seasonal collections effectively.  

- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines across diverse store formats including full-price stores, outlets and franchise locations. 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual merchandising strategies with broader marketing initiatives and commercial objectives.

You have the following skills: 

- 2-4 years of experience in visual merchandising or related field, preferably within fashion or sports retail 

- Strong PowerPoint skills and basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and a willingness to laern. 

- Fluent English language skills, with French, German, or Spanish as an advantage. 

- Excellent organisational abilities and proactive approach to work.  

- Strong communication skills with a hands-on mentality for training and coaching store teams.
