During your day you will focus on recreating the a la carte dishes and completing the daily tasks in the kitchen. You will be responsible for arranging the mise en place with fresh items to guarantee a smooth service to our guests. With the team, you will prepare dishes for the guests of the "Signature" Restaurant, the "XPLORE" bar and our conference rooms. As a Kitchen Chef in the Renaissance you will be able to develop yourself and gain a lot of experience in an international environment. ​​Your day will consist of Responsible for recreating the dishes according to presentation standards and cooking according to recipes.
