We are expanding our IT Infrastructure team and are looking for a: 

Lead Infrastructure Operations 

In this role, you will be responsible for the operational performance, standardization, and continuous improvement of infrastructure platforms across Europe. You will lead a small team of infrastructure professionals, drive operational excellence, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure services. 

Your key responsibilities are:

  Lead and develop the Infrastructure Operations team across Europe 

  
  

• 
  

  Ensure stable and secure operations of server, virtualization, storage, and operating system environments 

  
  

• 
  

  Define and drive the infrastructure operations strategy, standards, and governance framework 

  
  

• 
  

  Manage suppliers and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery 

  
  

• 
  

  Oversee incident, problem, change, capacity, and lifecycle management activities 

  
  

• 
  

  Drive standardization and continuous improvement across multiple business units and sites 

  
  

• 
  

  Ensure compliance with security, audit, and risk management requirements 

  
  

• 
  

  Collaborate with business, IT, and cybersecurity stakeholders on infrastructure priorities and roadmaps 

  
  

About you: 

We are looking for an experienced infrastructure leader who combines strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills. Ideally, you bring: 

• 
  

  A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 

  
  

• 
  

  5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations 

  
  

• 
  

  3–5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams 

  
  

• 
  

  Strong knowledge of server, virtualization, storage, and operating system technologies 

  
  

• 
  

  Experience working in complex, multi-site environments 

  
  

• 
  

  Strong communication, supplier management, and organizational skills 

  
  

• 
  

  A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
