As the company continues to scale its technology and production capabilities, they are looking for a Quality Lead who will help safeguard and further professionalize their quality processes.

The Role

As Quality Lead, you safeguard product and process quality from development through industrialization to small-series production and delivery.

You operate at the intersection of Production, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring quality standards are embedded throughout the organization and that processes support reliable manufacturing and product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NCR process, including root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
• Prepare and guide internal and external audits, including ISO 9001 and customer audits
• Define and maintain acceptance criteria, release procedures, and batch records
• Participate in development projects to review manufacturability, compliance risks, and production readiness
• Strengthen and professionalize the Quality Management System (QMS), documentation control, and engineering practices
• Drive structural process improvements and reduce recurring quality issues.

You bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 5–10 years of experience in quality roles within high-tech or precision manufacturing environments
• Proven experience with:
• ISO 9001 quality management systems
• NCR ownership and structured root cause analysis (8D / CAPA)
• Audit preparation and compliance processes
• Production documentation, traceability, and batch records

You are a strong communicator, decisive and execution-driven, able to translate complex quality requirements into practical processes teams can work with.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries
• Experience with product introduction or industrialization

You are based in the Netherlands and available to work from an office in the Alkmaar region.
