Job Description - Lead SAP EWM Consultant

We're hiring a Lead SAP EWM Consultant for a major international tech client operating in the Pharma sector.

If you live and breathe warehouse management and know S/4HANA inside out — this one's for you.

Role Overview:

You'll be the functional lead across the full EWM implementation lifecycle — from requirements gathering to go-live. Bridging complex business needs with technical architecture, across integrations, configurations, and cross-functional teams.

What you'll Own:

End-to-end EWM design & configuration;

Put-away / removal strategies & warehouse layouts;

Inbound: GR, put-away, QM, returns;

Outbound: picking, packing, staging, shipping;

EWM > S/4HANA integration (MM, SD, TM, QM);

PP-EWM production integration;

RF framework — screen design & enhancements;

IDoc monitoring & RFC queue resolution;

Physical inventory & cycle counting processes;

Testing cycles: unit, integration, UAT;

Documentation, process flows & end-user training.

What we are looking for:

8+ years SAP EWM experience;

Strong S/4HANA integration knowledge (MM, SD, TM, QM);

Hands-on with RF environment & scanner screen flows;

Deep expertise in IDoc, tRFC queue handling & resolution;

3PL & MES integration experience;

Pharma or regulated industry background is a strong plus.

Sap Certification: SAP EWM - Certification Required

Fluent English — client-facing role.

Contract Details:

Location: On-Site (Netherlands) - 4x1

Type: 2026 Contract, posible extension;

Duration: 3 months.
