Learning & Development / Training Specialist Operations

Organize and sustain lifetime learning activities, including on boarding of new learners and interacting closely with education centers as our first point of contact. Coach and support trainers and supervisors on how to translate the learning into practice. Maintaining all required learning activities for the entire facility on our TRS / LMS systems. Acting as subject matter expert during our internal and external quality audits as it relates to training compliance. You hold a Bachelor's degree in the field of Education/Learning or relevant work experience You have at least 5 years' experience in the field of Learning & Development within a complex, international business environment You thrive in a Warehouse team environment whilst at the same time have the personality to collaborate with multifunctional teams You have demonstrated success with delivering training programs and coaching learners on its application in daily work You have a continuous process improvement mentality, you can identify improvement opportunities and act upon them You have excellent organization skills; you can lead and coach a diverse group of colleagues You are results-focused with superb attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through You have strong technical proficiency and knowledge of using a variety of Learning systems and computer applications, including MS Office You are fluent in English.
