Legal Advisor (Wormer, NL)

As a Legal Advisor at PowerField and PowerGo, your work is visible within and outside the organization. Your role concerns a position of 40 hours per week. You are involved in the development, realization and management of sustainable energy projects in the field of solar parks, energy storage and the rollout of the charging network.

We are looking for a Legal Advisor with work experience in legal practice. You will be involved in our projects in all areas. These projects have a high (underlying) financial value and are recorded in various complex agreements between different stakeholders. You will work in a specialized and motivated team that currently consists of two employees.

In this position you will have various responsibilities and tasks:

• Supporting our teams as a legal point of contact.
• Support during permit procedures, contact with government agencies and other stakeholders.
• Advising on contract law and civil issues.
• Handling various ad-hoc questions from the organization.
• Support in setting up new business.
• Drafting various contracts and conducting negotiations.
• Conducting (legal) proceedings.
• Maintaining external relationships.

Your profile

At PowerField and PowerGo you work in a fast-growing organization. It is important that you can work from different perspectives. You will also work independently or together with a Legal colleague on issues and report to our Chief Operational Officer (COO). You also have the following competencies:

• You have completed a university degree in law.
• You have at least 1-3 years of work experience as a lawyer or corporate or government lawyer.
• You have experience with civil law.
• You have a good sense of political, administrative and official relationships.
• You have an active pragmatic attitude.
• You have excellent legal and communication skills.
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
