Life Cycle Manager - X-ray components

As Life Cycle Manager – X-ray Components, you own the performance of X-ray detectors in the installed base—proactively safeguarding availability and delivering top-tier quality.

Your role:

• Safeguard performance of X-ray detectors—ensuring top-quality, reliability, and serviceability in the field
• Own and execute engineering changes with speed and rigor
• Act as key interface between suppliers, customers, and internal teams (R&D, Operations, CS, Procurement) across the globe
• Proactively track, analyze, and improve product quality across installed base and manufacturing
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to resolve issues at the root
• Champion Life cycle management and quality in New Product Development to prevent issues before they arise

You're the right fit if:

• Posses a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent
• 5+ years in hardware development with experience in supplier/customer engagement
• Broad capability across full product lifecycle: design, testing (V&V), documentation, quality & compliance, and continuous improvement
• Proven leadership experience in project or team settings
• Strong cross-functional and international collaboration skills to deliver integrated, high-quality outcomes
• Deep understanding of healthcare products and regulatory requirements (FDA, IEC, ISO)
• Hands-on experience working with X-ray component suppliers
