What You’ll Be Doing

• You will coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations in Outbound 3 and actively participate in them


• You will support the team lead with scheduling and capacity planning


• You will supervise and coordinate both permanent and temporary employees


• You will assist with the onboarding of new employees


• You will ensure orderly warehouse operations and the availability of materials


• You will monitor compliance with quality, safety, and process standards, as well as agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs)


• You will identify and report bottlenecks, delays, and process deviations, and help implement appropriate measures


• You will analyze and optimize workflows


• You will actively promote Lean Management and continuous improvement (KVP)


• You assist with cross-departmental coordination and projects


• You assist with administrative tasks


• You prepare for and participate in team meetings, and support the team leader with organizational tasks and clarifications


• You communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, tailoring your approach to the audience


• You assist with inventory counts and stock checks


• You help monitor relevant productivity and performance metrics
