💼 What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming goods and equipment with care and precision.

• Keep inventory neat, accurate, and easy to access.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders efficiently to keep shipments on schedule.

• Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

• Prepare hardware for new client setups, including software installation and testing.

• Assemble and pack shipments carefully to meet deadlines.

• Provide friendly remote support during client installations, solving issues in real time.

• Lift heavy equipment, as certain tasks require additional manpower.

• Document client feedback and service actions clearly to support continuous improvement.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• Around 2 years hands-on experience in a similar role, with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.

• Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides to keep workflows smooth and organized.

• Super organized, detail-focused, and always ready to lend a hand.

• Friendly and clear communicator, confident working independently or as part of a team.

• Punctual, professional, and respectful of confidential info.

• Positive, proactive attitude toward helping clients and solving problems.

• Fluent in English and Dutch (C1 or higher) to collaborate smoothly across our global team and partners.

• Social team player who’s approachable and ready to join in on Friday drinks and team moments.
