We’re all about sustainable delivery. And it’s as simple as that: our bike delivery riders deliver everything from fashion to niche foods, including packages from third parties that would normally be delivered by car or truck. To grow our business, we need great people. And our people need support from our amazing hubs team.

Riders form the beating heart of our operation and company, but they cannot do everything themselves. As our Hub Associate you will ensure that the hub is running smoothly, managing the packages, and ensuring riders have everything they need to continue making logistics a greener place. This role is for Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday support.

What you'll do

Hub associates keep the engine up and running - the hubs, in which we store the packages from third parties until they get picked up from our Riders for delivery. They need to be accepted, labeled, sorted and managed. Our tiders and their bikes also need you support to make successful deliveries. You will:

• Open and lead the Hub for Saturday operations
• Label and sort packages according to shipment
• Quality (and quantity!) control of orders for irregularities
• Ensure the general cleanliness of the hub
• Fill out the necessary shipping documents for inventory purposes
• Support our riders with their bikes, (un)loading, and any emergencies on-site

What you'll need

• Availability on Saturdays, Mondays, and Tuesdays (with potential for more hours and/or evenings!)
• An MBO or High School Diploma
• B2-level English (Dutch is nice but not necessary!)
• An intermediate level of comfort working with Excel
• An eye for quality, safety, and following all security-related rules
• To be physically fit: you will be walking and lifting a lot
• Discipline, good organizational skills, and the ability to focus for long periods of time
• Previous experience working in a hub / logistics would be nice (but not necessary!)
• A forklift license would be nice (but not necessary!)
