Job Description - Mainframe Program Director

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

Highly senior Project Director responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of large, complex, and business-critical projects with enterprise-wide impact.

Strong ownership of project objectives, governance, and delivery outcomes, operating across multiple business units and managing significant organizational change.

Key responsibilities include selecting and applying the appropriate delivery methodology, including Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, or hybrid, ensuring compliance with enterprise governance, and overseeing risks, issues, dependencies, financials, and executive reporting.

The Project Director will act as the main escalation point for senior stakeholders, drive decision-making in complex environments, and lead cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Extensive experience in large-scale program delivery, strong governance and risk management capabilities.

Fluency in English are required.

Mainframe knowledge is considered an advantage.
