Location: Netherlands 

Vacancy:

Role: Maintenance Technician (Industrial / Food Manufacturing)
Industry: Industrial Bakery

• 70% Electrical / 30% Mechanical
• Experience in food manufacturing, preferably bakery or similar high-speed production environments
• Strong focus on fault-finding and troubleshooting

Key Technical Requirements

• PLC troubleshooting (Siemens / Allen Bradley preferred)
• Electrical fault diagnostics on production lines
• Experience with:
  • Motors, drives, and frequency inverters
  • Control circuits and panels
  • Sensors and automated systems
• Basic mechanical skills:
  • Hydraulics
  • Pneumatics
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance
• Experience with automated / high-speed production lines
• Experience with heavy current / 3-phase power systems 

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
• Education:
  • Equivalent to MBO-4 (Netherlands)
  • Candidates with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) certifications are highly relevant
• Good English communication skills
• Willingness to relocate and commit long-term
• Valid driver’s licence (minimum 2 years remaining validity)

 Salary & Benefits Package:

• Salary: approx. €4,364/month (gross)
• Annual holiday allowance (8%)

Working Pattern

• 2-2-1 shift system (rotating schedule)
• Average: 38 hours per week
• Shift rotation: 2 mornings, 2 afternoons, and 1 night shift. 
• Several consecutive days off between rotations
• Candidates must be comfortable working in a structured shift environment
