Who You Are

You are a highly strategic and results-driven enterprise sales leader with a deep understanding of B2B commerce, enterprise sales, and market expansion. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and have a proven track record of developing and scaling enterprise sales strategies that drive tangible business impact. You have:

  • Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration.

  • Enterprise Sales & Negotiation Expertise: Experience in structuring high-value deals and managing complex negotiations with key industry players.

  • Leadership & Team Building: Ability to lead and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team to expand Qogita’s reach.

  • Data-Driven & Analytical Mindset: Comfort with data analysis to track performance, optimize sales processes, and make informed business decisions.

  • Growth-Oriented & Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable operating in an evolving environment, balancing execution with long-term strategy.

  • Technical & Product Understanding: Strong grasp of enterprise customer requirements, including integrations, automation, and system compatibility.

What You’ll Be Working On

As Strategic Enterprise Sales Manager, you will lead Qogita’s enterprise sales strategy, focusing on securing and expanding relationships with key enterprise buyers to drive revenue and GMV growth. Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Sales Development: Identifying and securing high-value enterprise customers across multi-category retailers, online pharmacies, and specialized e-commerce platforms.

  • Revenue Growth & Target Achievement: Driving enterprise sales to meet ambitious growth targets in a contribution-margin-positive way.

  • Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Leading high-stakes negotiations, contract development, and deal execution to maximize value for Qogita and its partners.

  • Market Expansion & Business Development: Expanding Qogita’s footprint within the European B2B health and beauty e-commerce sector.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Partnerships, Product, Tech, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, integration, and execution.

  • Enterprise Product & Integration Roadmap: Partnering with Product & Tech teams to define requirements for enterprise customers, ensuring smooth system integrations, automation, and workflow efficiency.

  • Process Optimization & Automation: Developing scalable, automated solutions to reduce manual effort in generating, allocating, and fulfilling enterprise orders.

  • Performance Analytics & Reporting: Monitoring key metrics such as GMVs, fulfilment rates, allocation rates, and contribution margins to refine strategy and execution.

  • Team Leadership & Growth: Building and mentoring a team dedicated to enterprise sales success, driving alignment with Qogita’s broader business objectives.
