About The Role

• You lead and develop our HR Service team consisting of 5 team members, building a performance framework and implementing KPIs that elevate the quality, quantity, and reliability of the department's output to a higher level
• Operationally, you guide the team in terms of task allocation, workforce planning, and knowledge retention, contributing to the development of your employees both personally and professionally
• You continuously evaluate and refine HR processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. With your extensive experience and expertise, you can initiate and guide various projects, allowing our organization to continually grow, develop and improve.

About You

We're curious about who you are and what talents you bring to the team. To be successful in this challenging role, we're looking for a leader with proven experience in HR Services / HR Operations. Your passion for HR and your ability to motivate and develop teams make you the perfect candidate for this role.

• You have profound knowledge of Dutch labor laws and regulations
• You have a strategic way of working and thinking, with experience in leading a team
• You have excellent Dutch and English skills. Additionally, if you have experience with Workday as HR software, that would be an advantage.
• You are available full-time (36-40 hours per week)
