Manager, Production

The Position   
The Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a seasoned Production Operations Manager to help build, support and lead the end-to-end global production strategy. This team delivers global seasonal campaigns, photo and video content that fuels the digital and physical cross-channel content for Tommy Hilfiger and our partners. 

Reporting directly into the Production Director, this role will play an instrumental part in helping to build efficient and compliant ways of working within our production and casting teams, collaborating cross functionally with finance, procurement and legal. This role will also be responsible for the oversight and delivery of seasonal production while serving as a primary leader and point of contact for creative leadership stakeholders, project management, operations, product management and other cross-functional partners.  
 
This role will serve as the strategic hub connecting creative ambition with operational execution, ensuring every partner is aligned, informed, and empowered to deliver.  
 

Key Responsibilities:   

• Overall operational support of the global production and casting team to build, drive, support and ensure operational excellence 

• Bring strategic knowledge from a wide range of indutry experiencee to drive compliance, productivity, and effeciency across the org 

• Help to build a production center of excellence by partnering with cross functional teammates to build out ways of working that can be easily followed and scaled 

• Manage and lead from a Production POV all Tier1 campaigns across all seasons to ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders 

• While not a direct people manager, this role must still be able to work and lead a team, to  train and deliver new and improved process across the org 

• Must have knowledge and passion for new technologies and production innovations and be able to stay on top of industry trends 

• Other resposibilities as assigned 

 
The Ideal Candidate:   

• 10-12  years work experience in a variety of content production – in agency and brand  

• Entrepreneurial spirit and an emphatic team player 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (espeically Excel) 

• Technical ability to run Mac-based programs 

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle mutiple projects 

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork 

• Self-starter and proactive, enterpenorial attitude 

• Ability to navigate complexities within a corporate setting 

• High standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality 

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written
