Manager, Warehouse

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of up to two Park Place Technologies warehouses and collaborating with all areas of the Supply Chain to implement effectiveand cost-efficient solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Prioritize tasks, communicate priorities, and ensure timely completion of all customer sales
orders, replenishment orders and spare orders.
• Directly manages assigned employee group. Carries out managerial responsibilities in
accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include
interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising
performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving
problems.
• Develop an after-hour’s rotation for shipping escalations which occur after hours and on
weekends.
• Manage inventory control and reconcile with business system.
• Liaise with the Procurement department, International Compliance department, suppliers and
transport companies
• Responsible for Maintaining all files and records required by all regulatory agencies.
• Keeps employees informed as to company/department plans and progress.
• Reviews and maintains budgeted expenses against actual totals and suggests methods of
improving the planning process as appropriate.
• Identifies training needs, initiates development of subordinates, and recommends effective
personnel action.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ proven work experience in warehouse operations management required.
• Comprehensive experience with warehouse management software and databases

• Ability to design layout of a warehouse for efficient and productive movement of inventory.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines in
a high pressured environment.
• Ability to interact successfully and remove any barriers with various backgrounds/departments
such as Service Operations, Procurement ,Sales and Finance.
• Knowledge of products/commodities in computer server and data center equipment
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong background in the export of products globally.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
• APICS or other industry standard certifications a plus
