The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a complex logistics operation encompassing 10,000 employees across multiple facilities. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in logistics, supply chain management, and regional operations, who can drive operational excellence and contribute to our overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Strategy:
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the Contract Logistics division in the Benelux region, aligning with the company’s overall objectives.
• Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Drive the implementation of best practices in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management.
• Operational Management:
• Oversee daily operations of multiple logistics facilities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and safety.
• Implement robust operational processes and standards to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve operational performance.
• Financial Management:
• Develop and manage budgets for the division, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
• Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Drive revenue growth through the identification and exploitation of new business opportunities.
• Employee Management:
• Lead a diverse workforce of 10,000 employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Oversee talent management and development programs to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Client and Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners in the region.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and communication.
