Market Manager SIXT Ride

To support the development of the SIXT Ride market in the BENELUX, we are opening a new position of Market Manager SIXT ride, based in our HQ office in Hoofddorp.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

• Strategic Planning & Market Management - Develop and execute strategic plans to unlock the potential of new and existing markets. Adapt pricing, sales, and operational strategies based on market conditions and seasonal variations. Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including strategic partnerships and emerging market trends
• Operations & Profitability - Oversee Profit & Loss for your region, implementing KPIs and regularly presenting objectives and performance reports. Actively monitor ride fulfilment, ensuring operational excellence and effective problem resolution. Anticipate and navigate market-specific challenges such as legislation, competition, and economic factors.
• Team & Partner Management - Build strong relationships with transportation service providers (TSPs), supporting them to enhance service quality. Handle TSP onboarding, compliance checks, and quality monitoring to meet SIXT ride’s standards. Collaborate with internal teams (Pricing, Sales, Support, Marketing) to drive customer success and achieve regional goals.
• Data-Driven Decision Making - Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark pricing against market trends. Use internal tools and independent research to assess market performance and adjust strategies.
• Customer Focus - Ensure a first-class customer experience by resolving complaints effectively and maintaining premium service quality.

YOUR SKILLS COUNT 

• Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Education, Marketing, Sales or a related field
• Experience Several years of professional experience in Market Management, Operations, Sales or Travel Industry
• Skills Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with data analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach. Resilience and adaptability in high-pressure environments
• Languages Fluency in Dutch, English (German is a plus)
• Mobility Willingness to travel frequently for inspections, events, and team coordination
