TheDepartment and Team
The Digital &Membership team is part of the EMEA DTC Hub, managing alldirect-to-consumer channels. Their mission is to createcutting-edge membership programs that attract and engage customers,drive new member acquisition with a comprehensive program, andfoster direct, personal relationships through valuablecommunications, benefits, and offers.
The Position
Asthe Marketing Activation Project Manager, you will support andexecute strategies and tactics to attract new members and increasetheir spending with the brand, thereby enhancing both member valueand business value.
Role andResponsibilities:
- Member acquisition & onboarding - strategy &execution:
- In partnership with keystakeholders across retail, e-com, media and CRM teams, own the newmember experience and build a state-of-the-art onboarding forcustomers into the brand.
- Member growth - strategy & execution:
- Based on a holistic member database map, work on keymember growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives & smarttactics to influence member behavior towards higher retention, ASPand UPT, higher purchase frequency, better channel crossover, andultimately, higher member spend.
- Marketing coordination:
- Maintainclose partnerships with marketing peers across EMEA and hubs, toensure EMEA & hub membership marketing plans are executed insync, and address key member segments and theirneeds.
- Monthly/weekly reporting:
- Take ashort-term view on reporting and analysis and look at the currenttrends that inform direct action, follow-ups or upcoming plans.Report back on effectiveness of acquisition and growthtactics.
The IdealCandidate:
- Over 6years of experience in CRM/ Marketing Activation within afast-paced, international environment, preferably with a globalpremium fashion brand.
- Skilled in strategydevelopment and communication, effectively engaging diversestakeholders verbally and visually.
- Holds aBachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Strategic,analytical, and data-driven, with a collaborative and creativemindset and a keen eye for visual communication.
- Proactive "Can-do" attitude, and the ability to energizeand inspire functional partners.
- Excellentcommunication skills in English (written and spoken),
