Marketing and Communications Manager @Komercon A&S

As Marketing and Communications Manager you
translate the vision and strategy of Komeron A&S into an
ambitious marketing plan and communication strategy. You act from a shareholder
point of view and ensure that qualified people come to (further) carry out
these tasks. You will be the first point of contact for external parties and
represent Komercon A&S and its participating interests.

Requirements

Key
responsibilities

• You will be responsible for all
  occurring Marketing - and Communications activities for Komercon Assets & Services B.V. and partner companies;
  
• You will translate our business
  perspective into a marketing plan and communication strategy;
  
• You will be our first point of
  contact for in - and external communications;
  
• Development, maintenance and
  improvement of multimedia tools such as websites, LinkedIn profiles and
  Twitter accounts;
  
• You will be organizing and
  supervising webinars, events and campaigns;
  
• You will manage a team of
  experts who can execute your plans.
  

Knowledge
and Experience

• Academic working - and thinking
  level;
  
• At least 10 years of working
  experience in similar positions, preferably in an international
  organization;
  
• You have a hands -on mentality
  and you can translate our vision into action;
  
• You are social, creative and
  flexible;
  
• Also you are enthusiastic and
  skilled. With your experience and positive energy you are a motivator and
  inspirator for your colleagues;
  
• Excellent knowledge of the
  Dutch and English language;
  
• Spanish, German or French is a
  plus
