Your challenge

You’ll work together with our clients from various industries on strategic marketing consulting and interim management projects. You’ll continuously be supported by your client manager, counselor and the experts from The House of Marketing and our other Customer Collective entities.Project delivery: you take the responsibility of delivering a project on time, exceeding our clients' expectations. Whether it is in a project team or on an individual base, you will work in all types of marketing domains (digital strategy, e-commerce, marketing automation, innovation, product or brand management, organizational design, value management or customer experience) across a large variety of sectorsSupport and further develop The House of Marketing's firm equity by sharing your knowledge, coaching junior colleagues and detecting new opportunities at our clients with an open viewYour profile:

A broad or general/T-shaped (as we call it) marketing profile with business sense & track record in marketingConsulting mindset: eager to change the status quo & create impact at our clientsCoaching & mentoring experience or interestContinuously looking for opportunities to evolve, grow your knowledge and skills2 to 8 years of work experience, in a B2B or B2C environmentA business-related Master's degree or an equivalent in experienceAn open mindset and an interest to work in various industries and changing environmentsAn analytical and well-structured mindsetStrong communication skills, fluent in the local language(s): Dutch , plus a very good command of English
