Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support with Fashion for Good's marketing campaigns, and content creation.ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing and Communications Manager with a wide range of tasks focused on enhancing the visibility and impact of Fashion for Good’s Innovation Platform.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the fashion industry through strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving and scaling new technologies and business models.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of

two years of relevant experience , and excellent writing skills and project management. Knowledge of the fashion industry and sustainability is a requirement. You should have the

right to work in the EU , and be

based in Amsterdam .KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the marketing activities including, but not limited to;Plan, create, implement, analyse, adjust and execute B2B marketing strategies in collaboration with the innovation platform team to drive engagement with industry partners and innovators.Excellent content writing and creation skills, with the ability to distil complex topics and make it digestible based on the audienceConduct customer journey mapping, satisfaction surveys, and segmentation to develop targeted marketing strategies.Responsible for managing the website, and its content strategyOrganising roundtables, and/ or events for a niche B2B audienceSetting up campaigns on promotional channels (Google ads, LinkedIn ads, etc)Align project needs and campaign rollouts with internal teams and external partners.Overseeing visuals and rollout digitallySupport on reporting and keeping track of our KPI’sMaintain awareness of the company and industry news and ensure FFG remains top-of-mind with stakeholders, identifying new trends, challenges and creative story opportunitiesSKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to quickly pick up brand tone of voice and visual identityStrong attention to detail while remaining efficientStrong analytical and commercial skills, with a good eye for negotiation possibilitiesSelf-motivated with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent computer skills, specifically in Google Suite/Google Slide, Sheets, DocsExperience and up to date with new marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Wordpress, and othersCapacity to work in a fast-pace and multicultural environmentKnowledge of Global Fashion and Business mediaA pro-active, enthusiastic, can-do attitude and comfortable dealing with uncertaintyDesign/layout skills – experience with InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Premiere Pro is a plusBased in the Netherlands, and the right to work in the EUEDUCATION

Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Marketing or Communications.LANGUAGES
