As we aim to expand our presence and support sales growth across core markets, we are seeking a highly motivated and autonomous Marketing Executive to join our global marketing team.Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesThis full-time role involves supporting the marketing team in the planning and execution of our MARCOMMS strategy, with a specific focus on Dutch and German-speaking markets.The Marketing Executive will:Assist in the implementation of marketing tactics along the supply chain, influencing distributors, manufacturers, architects, and consumers to choose our high performance and sustainable wood products.Collaborate closely and directly with the sales team and customers, providing essential marketing collateral to enhance customer confidence and sales.Participate in the development of marketing materials for distributors and manufacturers, focusing on promoting Accoya products.Plan, organise, and execute events and exhibitions, as well as lead the debrief and follow-up activities to ensure maximum engagement and impact.Build and nurture relationships with our key distributors, working collaboratively to enhance and fortify our joint marketing efforts.Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and presentations for trade shows, advertising campaigns, brochures, and email campaigns.Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to increase demand and raise brand awareness.Manage project timelines and ensure the timely delivery of marketing initiatives.Analyse marketing outcomes and prepare reports for the marketing team and stakeholders.Proven experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B environment.Fluent in spoken and written Dutch, German and English, with excellent communication skills.Highly independent and self-motivated, capable of working autonomously while being an effective team player.Organized, with a structured approach to work, and focused on results and execution.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.Experience with both online and offline marketing strategies.Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent project management skills, able to meet tight deadlines.Knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress, and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce) is desirable.Willingness for occasional travel, primarily within Europe.How to ApplyIf you’re driven to make a difference and eager to contribute to a team that’s changing the world, we want to hear from you.
