Marketing Graphic Designer

Pearl Abyss, the company behind the highly acclaimed Black Desert franchise - is seeking a high-performing, innovative, results-oriented Marketing Graphic Designer to help the European Publishing Office and its marketing team accelerate growth and reach millions of players across all platforms (PC, Mobile, Console, etc.).As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you'll work with publishing and development teams to build innovative marketing assets that resonate with European target audiences.This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to contribute to the success of all Pearl Abyss current and future titles on the European market.You will join a passionate and dedicated team working across multiple communities, platforms and games such as Black Desert and upcoming releases such as Crimson Desert, DokeV and PLAN 8.Responsibilities:Design value propositions and key messages that bond the right players to our games and produce the best in class creatives which are consistent across all channels and resonate with our target audience.Export and localize the designs across different asset types, including banners, screenshots, thumbnails, posters, newsletters and landing pages.Develop graphic briefs to facilitate requests from cross-functional teams.Together with the marketing and social teams, carefully judge asset performance and make recommendations for improvement.Make recommendations on marketing funnel optimization and visual flow development.Minimum requirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Graphic communication design and Illustration2+ years' experience in a design agency or similar environmentExperience in understanding best practices in Marketing and design principles.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.Experience in performing day-to-day execution and optimization activities.Effective time management across multiple projectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Creative mind and storytelling skills.Organized, dependable, knowledgeable and detail oriented.Full professional competence in English.Preferred qualificationsExperience with the gaming industry is preferred.Animated (HTML) marketing design experience.An active interest in video games.Korean language capabilities are a plus.Competitive salary25 days of Paid Leave based on full-time employmentPublic Transport Expenses Coverage - maximum €400/monthLifestyle Wallet - Gift Cards worth €150/monthPersonal and Professional Growth Wallet - €1,200/year.Monthly Health Care Allowance - €100/month.Special Benefits for birthdays and summer- and winter holidays - €600/yearSponsored Lunch in the office.Free Snacks and RefreshmentsFree medical check-up.Healthy Lifestyle Support: gym memberships, therapy sessionsWhen applying, please provide us with the following information:
