Job Description - Marketing Manager

As Marktlink’s Global Marketing Manager, you'll be the guardian of our brand strategy and the driving force behind our marketing initiatives. You'll work directly with our group of (equity) partners in multiple countries, and other stakeholders to develop and implement scalable marketing strategies that fuel our ambitious growth plans.
  • Lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy across Europe. This concerns mature markets like the Netherlands, markets where we have been present for a few years, and markets where we will be totally new. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners across all countries, and other stakeholders on all marketing related initiatives.
  • Develop concepts that strengthen our brand positioning & ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning while adapting to local markets and cultural nuances.
  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Lead and develop the specialized teams in new business development, online marketing, events, content, and international markets.
  • Cross-collaborate with IT, HR, Finance and sales teams to align and execute marketing efforts.
  • Drive sales-oriented marketing initiatives in the B2B space.
  • Track KPIs and ROI of global & local marketing initiatives; optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with international marketing agencies and vendors for execution, research, and analytics.
  • Proven B2B marketing experience (8–10+ years), preferably in financial or professional services.
  • Extensive international marketing expertise, including cross-border strategies, market entry, and localization.
  • Strategic, sales-driven marketing mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Experience developing and implementing scalable, multi-country marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing landscape, with expertise in budget allocation and channel management.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English) and high emotional intelligence.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and leadership skills, with experience leading specialist teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and data-driven campaign management.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
