Marketing Specialist Kitchen

About the role:

The impact you’ll make:

• Drive the day-to-day marketing execution of Everyday Kitchen product launches and innovation projects.


• Partner with Product Management teams to understand product benefits and translate them into compelling consumer propositions and marketing stories.


• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Design, I&D, local Markets, and external agencies.


• Support the development of go-to-market plans and launch toolkits for global markets.


• Brief and manage creative agencies for the creation of marketing materials and campaign assets.


• Coordinate the creation and adaptation of launch assets, packaging support materials, content, and activation tools.


• Contribute to social-first campaign thinking, helping develop content ideas for channels such as Instagram and TikTok.


• Monitor project timelines, identify risks or delays, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.


• Support local markets with activation questions and rollout activities.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.


• 1-3 years of relevant experience, including internships, graduate programs, or junior marketing roles.


• Strong project management and organizational skills with great attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.


• Comfortable working cross-functionally in an international environment.


• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and consumer-centric marketing.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.


• Experience working with agencies, creative partners, or marketing projects is a plus.


• Passion for cooking, food, or kitchen appliances is considered an advantage.
