Job Description - Marketing US Specialist

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist ready to join our team of playmakers! As Marketing US Specialist, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring the diverse portfolio of Jumbo Group's brands to life across a range of markets.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing strategic thinking, creativity, structure, and attention-to-detail to marketing execution. Your mission is to help build brand visibility, drive local relevance, and support commercial success by executing and coordinating marketing activities with excellence.

To achieve this goal, your functions will be the following:

Campaign & Brand Execution

  • Support with strategic contribution and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across the US market, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy and local market needs.
  • Assist in coordinating brand activations, retail marketing initiatives, point-of-sale materials, in-store promotions, and sampling programs.
  • Partner with marketing agency, retail and distribution partners to ensure consistent and impactful brand execution across channels.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, freelancers, and production partners to deliver campaigns and marketing assets on time and on brand.

Digital Marketing & Content Support

  • Support the management and localization of marketing content in collaboration with global creative teams and external marketing agencies to ensure alignment with brand strategy and US market relevance.
  • Coordinate with agency partners on social media publishing, content execution, and community management across key digital platforms.
  • Monitor digital marketing performance across paid, owned, and earned channels, providing insights, reporting, and optimization recommendations to internal stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Support influencer and creator campaigns by coordinating with agencies and partners to drive brand awareness, engagement, and campaign execution.

Sales & Trade Marketing Support

  • Partner with Sales teams to provide marketing support, campaign materials, and promotional insights that drive sell-through and brand visibility.
  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, retailer events, and B2B activations, including logistics, merchandising, and on-site coordination.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, competitor activity, and emerging industry trends to support campaign planning and product positioning.
  • Track and report on key marketing KPIs including engagement, traffic, campaign performance, and sales impact.
  • Support post-campaign analysis and provide recommendations to improve future marketing initiatives.

PR, Influencer & Event Coordination

  • Assist with influencer outreach, product seeding, and campaign coordination to increase brand visibility in the US market.
  • Support PR initiatives, media partnerships, and brand events.
  • Help coordinate consumer-facing events, retail activations, and trade marketing experiences.

Marketing Operations & Administrative Support

  • Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoice processing, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and project management tasks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain organization of marketing files, product samples, mock-ups, and campaign assets.

Product Localization & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with product and global marketing teams to support localization of packaging, messaging, and campaign materials for the US market.
  • Provide market feedback and consumer insights to help optimize products and marketing strategies for US audiences.
  • Support coordination of product samples, mock-ups, and launch materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Player’s Handbook: Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of marketing experience within US-based consumer goods businesses, preferably in toys, gaming, lifestyle, entertainment, or retail brands.
  • Strong understanding of US consumer behaviour, retail marketing trends, and the North American retail landscape.
  • Ability to contribute to marketing strategy and translate strategic plans into actionable, high-impact execution across consumer touchpoints.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social, and trade marketing channels within the US market.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation/marketing tools such as Canva, CapCut
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams, agencies, retailers, and global stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in English required
