Material Planner

Join our Team Material Planning is a critical function within the Hardware Services Delivery team at Ericsson. In this role, you'll ensure that the right service parts are available at the right time to restore customer networks efficiently. The Material Planner is responsible for balancing delivery performance, inventory levels, and cost optimization across our global supply chain. This role requires a data-driven, analytical mindset, a focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to identify and resolve root causes with effective long-term solutions. What you will do Plan and manage inventory to ensure timely availability of service parts. Forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels through dimensioning and replenishment planning. Monitor supplier and repair center orders; resolve day-to-day and structural issues. Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities and service delivery enhancements. Perform root cause analysis and implement structural corrective actions. Support inventory management throughout the product lifecycle. Lead or contribute to process improvements, planning tool upgrades, and strategic initiatives. You will bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics or similar. Experience in material planning or (reverse) logistics preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication and collaboration across all organizational levels. Demonstrated ability to drive improvement and deliver results. Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
