About this opportunity:

Ericsson is seeking a Master Control Room Operator to manage our image, sound, and data-connections production via the Master Control Room (MCR) and various outdoor locations, both nationally and internationally. You will oversee all daily operational obligations within MCR, including the management of considerable live programming. The role is vital for coordinating schedule requirements, booking circuits to fulfill program and operating needs, and offering first line technical support for the broadcasting infrastructure.

What you will do:

\- Prepare and route lines for various broadcasts.

\- Monitor and control quality of live and recorded programs.

\- Log and report on MCR operations in a timely manner.

\- Liaise effectively with multiple parties, including clients and customers.

\- Provide first line of support in the event of technical issues.
