Dredge Yard focuses on smart designs for optimized dredgers that are efficient and safe for people and the environment. They use the latest technologies in design, simulation and manufacturing to continuously develop optimally functioning dredgers. Their focus is on easy to transport cutter suction dredgers and environmentally friendly auger dredgers that fit in containers.ResponsibilitiesWork on dredge designs conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering.Write specifications and technical reports.Advise on technical matters in projects.Technical support project management, suppliers, and client.Coordinate with a project team of engineers.Interact and co-work with other engineering disciplines, production, project team, and partner yardsRequirementsBachelor in engineering or equivalent.More than 3 years of experience as a Design Engineer.Experience in designing dredgers or dredging equipment is an advantage.Well-versed in Engineering Software systems such as Inventor or similar.Proactive, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.What do they offerA competitive salary that matches your experience and responsibility.Working on a variety of projects within the dredging/maritime sector.An experienced and international team of 9 colleagues (growing).Possibilities to develop yourself and your knowledge.Fun activities outside of working hours.When you thinks this is the job for you, press the button “solliciteren”In case of any questions, please mail [email protected]?Justine
