In this role, you play a crucial part in preparing and coordinating mechanical maintenance activities. You ensure that maintenance work is carried out smoothly, efficiently and according to plan, acting as the link between production, technical services and execution.

As a Mechanical Work Planner, you are responsible for preparing and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the technical service. You ensure that work orders are complete, clear and executable, enabling maintenance teams to perform their work safely and efficiently.
Your responsibilities include:
Preparing maintenance, repair and work orders for production installations and on-site activities;
Translating SAP notifications into clear and complete work orders;
Ensuring proper handover of work to executing departments, including efficient deployment of people and resources;
Planning and coordinating activities within agreed timelines;
Supporting and facilitating project execution through accurate work preparation;
Reporting completed work and results in SAP and other systems;
Working closely with planners, technicians, warehouse staff and suppliers;
Participating in coordination and planning meetings related to maintenance activities.

Salary scale ORBA 10: €4,552 – €5,715 gross per month;
25 vacation days plus 13 ADV days;

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented professional who enjoys planning, organizing and working in a technical maintenance environment.
You recognize yourself in the following:
You hold an MBO+/HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering;
You have experience with maintenance management systems such as SAP;
You have experience with chemical or industrial production processes;
You enjoy working as part of a team;
You possess strong organizational and planning skills;
You work accurately and are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
You have approximately 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar work planning or coordination role, with broad technical knowledge;
You have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language.
