Role Profile

We are pooling multidisciplinary Mechatronics Engineers who seamlessly bridge the gap between mechanical design, electrical systems, and software engineering to maintain and optimize advanced robotic and high -tech manufacturing systems.

Mandatory Global Vetting Process (All Roles)

To meet strict European immigration, labor, and client compliance standards, all candidates moving forward from the database will be required to undergo:

1. Comprehensive Background Screening: Full criminal record checks, qualification verifications, and employment reference checks.
   

2. Clearance for International Work: Verification of eligibility to obtain passports and visas for the Netherlands or Belgium.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Education: B.Eng or B.Tech in Mechatronics Engineering.
  

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working on integrated, automated, or robotic machinery.
  

• Technical Focus: Combined expertise in mechanical diagnostics, electrical wiring, and digital control systems (PLC/microcontrollers).
  

• Language Skills: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory. Candidates who are fluent in Afrikaans will receive added consideration due to the ease of cultural adaptation and the natural alignment with local European languages.
  

• Demographic Focus: Targeted at developing global careers for next -generation engineers; proactive candidates under the age of 30 will be given preference during the initial talent -mapping phase.
