• Processing reservations made in our reservation system Infor
• Taking and confirming telephone/email reservations and requests;
• Up and cross selling through features and benefits method;
• Handling daily mail traffic;
• Checking upcoming reservations with regard to correctness;
• Sending quotes for individual reservations up to 15 rooms;
• Creating gift vouchers;
• Managing reservations for activities taking place at the hotel;
• Managing guest profiles and assigning VIP statuses;
• Taking restaurant reservations

• At least has a MBO working and thinking level.
• Has experience in a similar position.
• Is hospitable, representative and good in dealing with guests and colleagues.
• Is flexible in working hours, including weekends.
• Accurate, motivated and not afraid of challenges.
• Can work independently and is stress-resistant.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, and preferably German.
• Good command of MS Word and Outlook.
