Media Manager (for Miele X) 40h/Week

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship between local and central media teams to align strategies and goals

• Promote global adoption of central media guidelines and ensure consistency in planning, optimization, reporting, and measurement

• Oversee media spending to ensure alignment with global KPIs and business objectives

• Support local markets in building capability and improving media effectiveness and efficiency

• Collaborate with the global agency network to explore new technologies, platforms, and workflows

• Lead targeted pilots and develop case studies to generate globally applicable insights

• Oversee the implementation of a global Test & Learn framework and drive continuous improvement through cross-market insight sharing

Requirements

• 7+ years of media experience, ideally in the premium consumer goods sector

• Experience working alongside global agency partners

• Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across departments

• Strong communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels

• Results-oriented with a data-driven mindset and solid organizational skills

• Strategic thinker able to align media investments with global KPIs and business outcomes

• Fluent in business English; international marketing experience is a plus
