Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Own the product vision for your team, crafting compelling roadmaps and defining & prioritizing epics and user stories.
• Agile Leadership: Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Developers to refine product requirements and ensure successful product and feature deployment.
• Business Needs Champion: Champion the needs of business stakeholders, translating them into actionable plans for development teams.
• Agile Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies to guide teams towards high-performing practices.
• Experimentation & Validation: Drive the implementation of experiments and validation processes to optimize product development.
• Consulting Mindset: Thrive in client-facing situations and possess a natural consulting approach.

You're a perfect fit if you:

• Have Higher education degree (HBO/WO)
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and preferably Dutch.
• Have PSPO 1 Certification (and preferably a PSPO 2 certification)
• (preferably) have Business Analysis or Engineering experience
• Are Experienced in using backlog management tooling (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Are extremely skilled in interpersonal communication and working with stakeholders.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner
• Have been involved in developing at least two different products with teams.
