This is the role

Due to the growth and diversification of Guidion, we are looking for a Salesforce Developer. This role arose because one of our devs has grown to the tech lead position, which means we now need extra capacity. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in expanding and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our growth.

This means:

Design, build and maintain custom applications within the Salesforce platform.

Automate business processes, manage data and customize Salesforce functionality with tools like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

Integrating external systems via APIs and delivering technical solutions that maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.

Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and provide appropriate solutions.

You will have to find the perfect balance between out-of-the-box functionality and coding, generic thinking and product thinking.

Are you a talented Salesforce Developer who is ready for a new challenge? We are looking for a Medior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you are responsible for designing, building and maintaining custom applications within the Salesforce platform. Using tools such as Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components, you automate business processes, manage data and customize the functionality of Salesforce to meet specific needs. You will also integrate external systems via APIs and deliver technical solutions that maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.

What is expected of you?

Design, build and maintain custom applications with Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.

Configure, customize, and maintain the Salesforce environment to meet specific business needs.

Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and deliver solutions that meet those needs.

You implement new functionalities and improve existing processes.

You work in a dynamic environment in which you are continuously challenged to develop the most effective solutions for complex problems.

Within the first six months:

Strengthen cooperation within the team.

Build a better relationship with the business side, especially the healthcare sector.

Optimize the user-friendliness of our system.

Finding the best solution can be a challenge, whether it concerns standard functionality or custom code. For this, it is important to think both generically and product-oriented.

This is you

You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience and an HBO/WO working and thinking level.

You preferably have Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer.

You speak fluent English (Dutch helpful but not a requirement).

You are available 32-40 hours a week.

You are analytical, decisive, committed, energetic, solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team.

You are structured, but flexible when necessary, and can communicate well with different stakeholders.

An appropriate salary of €3.827 to €4.784 based on your work experience.

Flexible and hybrid working; Our office in Amsterdam is our meeting place where we like to work, have lunch and socialize together. You can work partly from home and determine your own working hours.
