MEP Lead

MEP Lead - Data centre project - Amsterdam

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and coordinate MEP services across design, construction, and commissioning phases.

* Manage and support the MEP project team, including subcontractors, engineers, and supervisors.

* Oversee technical reviews, quality checks, and progress reporting.

* Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and company procedures.

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment

* Review and approve MEP design documentation, technical submittals, and method statements.

* Identify and resolve design or construction issues to maintain project momentum.

* Drive commissioning readiness and ensure smooth handover of MEP systems.

* Support project planning, forecasting, and progress tracking to achieve project milestones.

Requirements

* Degree qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).

* Minimum 10+ years’ experience in large-scale construction or data centre projects, with a strong MEP focus.

* Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.

* Strong understanding of design coordination, MEP systems, and installation methodologies.

* Experience with data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects is highly desirable.
