Job Description - Mobile App Developer

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

Develop and enhance Android application features to support digital wallet integrations within an existing client mobile application.

Implement payment and card-related user journeys, including card provisioning, tokenization status management, and wallet-specific user interface components.

Work as part of the client's Agile delivery teams, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.

Collaborate closely with backend developers, product owners, security teams, and compliance stakeholders to deliver secure and compliant wallet solutions.

Develop and maintain automated UI tests and support end-to-end testing activities.

Ensure production readiness and support issue resolution during integration, testing, and deployment phases.

Drive high-quality delivery while adhering to project timelines and technical standards.

Strong experience in Android application development using Kotlin (or Java where applicable).

Hands-on experience with Android SDK and Android UI frameworks, including XML layouts and Jetpack components.

Experience integrating mobile payment and digital wallet solutions using payment APIs.

Strong experience with REST API integration and backend service consumption.

Experience developing and maintaining UI automation tests using frameworks such as Espresso.

Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools for mobile application development and deployment.

Experience working in Agile development environments and using collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

Experience with Samsung Wallet SDK or similar mobile wallet platforms.

Knowledge of payment tokenization and card provisioning workflows.

Experience working in regulated financial services or digital payments environments.
