MR Program Manager

Lead a highly visible, technically complex program focused on bringing our core Next Generation Patient Support MRI platform to the next level. You will drive and lead advanced development project and next‑year PDLM platform project activities, steering multidisciplinary teams across organization.

Your Role

• Lead execution of a major platform upgrade program, ensuring strong planning, risk mitigation, and delivery across all technical domains.
• Bring fresh drive and energy to a highly capable technical organization—challenging assumptions and helping the team move faster and smarter.
• Work closely with engineering leads across different domains like architecture, systems engineering, hardware, software, usability and workflow.
• Ensure Lean execution through Daily Management, PRIDE, and KAIZEN.
• Manage stakeholders in a complex, global, matrixed organization, providing transparency and steering decisive alignment.
• Contribute to building the next wave of PDLM competencies, with a growth path toward leading key strategic programs.

You’re the Right Fit If You Have:

• A Bachelor’s/Masters’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex development projects, ideally in the medical device or regulated high‑tech domain.
• Strong technical affinity and curiosity—able to engage deeply with engineering challenges and ask the right questions.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in hardware, software, systems, or clinical‑technical environments.
• Knowledge of FDA Design Controls and hands‑on Lean experience.
• Mature leadership: anticipating risks, navigating ambiguity, driving structure, and elevating team performance.
• A proactive, energizing mindset that helps re‑accelerate and inspire cross‑functional teams.
