We are currently looking for Network Development Manager of EU , the details Job responsibilities as below:

👤 Who You Are:

Together with the GAC 4 Regional teams you will be building the GAC business from the ground up. The Network Development Manager of EU is responsible for implementing the sales and NSC strategy in The PAN EU. Another crucial part of this pivotal role is setting-up a professional retail network with external partners (distributors, dealers, etc.). As a member of the GAC Europe Team, you will report directly to the Europe Marketing Director.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an effective retail network strategy in the Pan Europe market, making sure GAC -together with the partners- is ready to launch the brand professionally and provide excellent service to future customers.

• Develop and implement a successful sales strategy and ensure that all fundamentals/basics regarding sales operations are covered.

• Realize wholesale and retail sales targets and grow market share.

• Present KPI dashboards, perform competitor benchmarks and deliver market insights.

• Cooperate closely with regional Marketing & Communications, Fleet Sales & Remarketing, and Customer Service colleagues.

• Complete other tasks arranged by the company.

💼 What You Bring:

• Minimum 7 years or above of sales and network development experience in Pan Europe automotive industry.

• Fluent in English and one of Europe language(business negotiations, report writing, aligning with Chinese headquarters, etc.), mastery of Chinese would be a plus.

• Ideally experienced in building a brand/company from 0-1.

• Commercial mindset, strong communication skills, self-starting and hands-on.

• Flexible regarding frequent business travels in the West region.
