In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to both employees and management, balancing operational excellence with strategic HR guidance. You’ll have the autonomy to manage the full employee lifecycle while contributing to a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

The Role

As the first point of contact for all HR-related matters, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting the workforce. 

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and management on all HR topics


• Manage payroll processes, including submitting HR changes and verifying data in the global payroll system


• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and on-boarding and performance management and employee development 


• Work proactively and independently, managing day-to-day HR tasks while escalating complex matters when needed


• Supervise and coordinate tasks with the HR Assistant


• Advise site management on labor laws, regulations, and complex HR challenges, developing practical action plans

What's you'll bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant HR role, with the ability to work independently 


• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws and regulations


• Experience with payroll administration, including submitting changes and performing checks


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner


• Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
