Job Description - Nightshift Operations Specialist (Spanish & English)

As a Get-e night shift Operations Specialist, you provide top-notch B2B service to our customers worldwide during the night. You are the first point of contact for B2B customers and transport suppliers. For this contact it is important that you speak fluent English and Spanish. You deliver quality checks for the bookings, assess the needs and wants of our customers and suppliers and communicate on a business level over the phone, via email and chat. You identify areas of improvement and think about solutions. We (Get-e)xcited if:

What others do by day, you do best by night.
You speak English and Spanish fluently. Other languages are a big plus!
You are happy working 4 nights a week (also weekends) from 23 PM to 8 AM from our office in Hoofddorp. This is due to our nature of operating 24/7/365.
You are also available for 1 daytime shift a month (training).
You have experience working night shifts.
You have at least a bachelor’s degree.
Your communication skills are next level! You do this with clarity and empathy.
You are enthusiastic about being part of an international team and interacting with customers globally.
