Visual Merchandising (VM) Lead 

As the VM Lead, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that enhance the overall aesthetic of the store and attract customers. This role requires a strong eye for visual excellence, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with all members of the store team.

You will need to combine visual strategy with commercial awareness when building store setups. It's essential to follow company guidelines to ensure the brand is represented in alignment with its core values and identity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Execute Visual Displays
   
   
   
   • Conceptualize, design, and implement in-store visual displays according to brand guidelines and seasonal themes to increase product visibility and drive sales.
   
   
   
   


2. Maintain Visual Standards
   
   
   
   • Ensure all visual elements—signage, displays, and promotional materials—meet brand standards and are regularly updated to reflect current promotions and trends.
   
   
   
   


3. Product Placement and Arrangement
   
   
   
   • Strategically place merchandise to maximize visibility and cross-selling opportunities, taking into account factors such as product categories, color coordination, and customer flow.
   
   
   
   


4. Inventory Management
   
   
   
   • Work closely with store management and inventory teams to monitor stock levels, identify slow-moving items, and suggest strategies to improve turnover and sell-through rates.
   
   
   
   


5. Training and Support
   
   
   
   • Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards, while also supporting general tasks such as selling and replenishment when needed.
   
   
   
   


6. Market Trends Research
   
   
   
   • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to continuously refine and enhance the store’s visual merchandising approach.
   
   
   
   

This job profile outlines the key responsibilities and qualifications for the VM Lead role. As a VM Lead, you will play a critical role in upholding the store's visual standards while supporting the store team. You will report directly to the Head Coach and collaborate closely with the District VM Coach.
