Job Description

As an NPI Engineer, you are the technical link between the customer, the supply chain, and assembly. You develop and improve the production process. You contribute to the customer’s product design and design the serial production process in parallel, including all necessary (qualification) tooling, ERP setups, quality controls, and work instructions.

Job Requirements

• You are a go-getter with an HBO/WO degree and at least three years of work experience in a similar position in Mechatronics;

• You have extensive knowledge of assembly and manufacturing processes and their associated quality assurance, including the applied production tools and control/test equipment. You are familiar with FMEA, 8D methodology, process capability, and statistical analysis methods such as SPC;

• Good communication and written skills are very important, in both Dutch and English;

• You work accurately and can clearly and convincingly present viewpoints, knowing how to approach the right people.

With this challenge, we offer the following terms of employment:

• Salary from €3,500 to €5,500;

• Travel expense allowance paid monthly with a maximum of 50KM/single journey and an allowance of €0,21 per km;
