NPI Project Manager

Job Description

• Lead product development from concept to production
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  
• Lead core project teams and organize development tasks
  
• Ensure projects are delivered on scope, time, and budget
  
• Collaborate with product managers to execute product requirements
  
• Adhere to internal Product Development Processes
  
• Provide consistent project reporting and track KPIs
  
• Lead change and risk management processes
  
• Ensure proper resource allocation
  
• Support the development of internal processes
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
  
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in project management
  
• Experience in developing products integrating hardware and software
  
• Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
  
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
