We are looking for a European Strategic Marketing Manager who will drive growth across Energy market and related applications by identifying new opportunities, shaping product strategies, and influencing business decisions across Europe and global teams.

In this role, you will act as a key link between customers, sales organizations, business units, and product development teams, translating market intelligence into actionable strategies that create long-term value.

What You'll Do

Market & Business Strategy

• Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes for Energy market (EV chargers, BESS, UPS, Solar PV).


• Identify market opportunities and define Total Addressable Market (TAM).


• Develop and execute application-focused marketing strategies.


• Drive new business development initiatives and portfolio expansion.

Customer & Market Intelligence

• Engage with key customers and industry trendsetters to uncover emerging needs.


• Gather market insights and translate them into strategic recommendations.


• Build business cases for new products, solutions, and applications.


• Share market intelligence across sales, management, and global stakeholders.

Product & Innovation Leadership

• Collaborate with international Business Units and R&D teams to influence product roadmaps.


• Define requirements for new product development based on market demands.


• Support product launches and pre-market activities.


• Drive design-in opportunities and application adoption within target industries.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with European sales teams, distributors, factories, and global business units.


• Deliver application-focused training and commercial support.


• Lead strategic projects that contribute to sustainable business growth.

What We're Looking For

Experience

✔ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field

✔ 5+ years of experience in Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or R&D within an industrial or technology-driven environment

✔ Experience creating go-to-market, growth, or application strategies

✔ Experience working in international and cross-functional environments

Knowledge & Expertise

• Strong understanding of industrial markets, electronics, sensors, automation, mechatronics, electro-mechanical components, or related technologies.


• Ability to analyze market trends and transform insights into business actions.


• Strong commercial mindset combined with technical curiosity.


• Experience using CRM and business planning tools (Salesforce is a plus).
